My passion has always been working within the early years sector. My love for working with children started whilst i was at secondary school securing voluntary work for my Duke of Edinburgh award working within a the Pre Prep environment from this day I knew that my career path would be progressed in this direction.

My journey started studying CACHE Level 3 - Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education at Lincoln College, this provided me with the foundations required to progress my education onto higher levels. 

In 2014, I secured a place at Sheffield Hallam University studying a BA in Early Childhood studies which covered elements such as behaviour, safeguarding, development, learning through play, policies, and much much more. Throughout my university days I worked at local  nurseries to enable me to put my knowledge into practise.

I graduated in 2017 with a First Class Honours, Since then I have studied Sleep Coaching and hold a level 4 qualification in this subject and am continuing to progress my qualification with a Level 5 currently. 

I am passionate about the development of children and believe sleep to be hugely important to both children and their families. 

My previous work experience has stemmed across a wide range of environments from working as a room lead in a busy inner city nursery, 1-2-1 childcare, travelling abroad with families, and as a nanny for many families within the UK . My first family has a total of  six children including two sets of twins, that i cared and educated for at once.

During these rewarding but challenging roles, I gained important insight and experience in providing a holistic approach to care. Seeing children develop and thrive is hugely important to me and enables me to pursue my passion everyday. This is a privileged role for me and i look forward to assisting you and your family with my knowledge and skills.
